Hotel with fair price and good location

Good hotel for overnight travelers. Well located. We slept on it as a support point to take the flight the next day through the airport of Viracopos. Team of friendly attendees. When we arrived the room was not released yet but they were willing to stay with our bags while we went to solve some things in the surroundings and the wardrobes finished organizing the room.
Breakfast is ok. I recommend coming early for coffee as many business employees stay at the hotel which creates a certain congestion at breakfast.

Spectacular

I would like to express my praise for the excellent service received on 1 and 2 November 2025 at the Ibis Hotel Paulínia.
In particular, I want to highlight the employee Rafaela Esteves, who was extremely attentive, helpful and professional throughout my stay.
Her dedication and sympathy made all the difference in my experience, reinforcing the confidence and quality I always find in the Ibis network.
Congratulations to the staff and for keeping a standard of service that really loves the guests!

Attention to the desired.

Hotel enough. Breakfast: Great.
Parking: OK. Location: Reasonable. Fourth, bad. There's no phone in the room for emergencies, and the painting on the walls is all super bad. The TV doesn't work, it has a cell phone login system that didn't work on my android.
Room Service (cleaning): very good, respected the silence tag, and I was able to rest. When I got back from lunch they had already cleaned up.
Reception service: very close to the rude. But I'll give you a score of 5/10. I believe it is possible to improve with a smile and lightness or some flexibility in the 'rules'. I can imagine the level of the other guests who deserve such Processing. It wasn't my case, they sinned for the ordinary. They're full of rules and stiff. Unfortunately below the average Ibis I've been from.

Excellent service and professionalism

I want to leave my compliment to Jessica and João who work at the Ibis Paulínia reception. We can always identify good professionals in the ability to solve problems and in the education with which people are treated. Thank you again for the excellent service. If I can point to a difference in this hotel, it's these two professionals.
