Excellent place to stay and Staff
Great Staff makes the difference for the kids, and I´ve been there on the week of Children´s day so it was packed of kids.
The pool with sliders is really a differential, despite the cold weather, it was the main atttraction for kids. The outside heated pool also works well. Could be a bit bigger in my opinion, but worked really well.
Food was great, many options per day and the chef was everyday checking the guests opinions and was very good to know that he really cares about what the guests are thinking about the food. Many many options of desserts.
A few steps from Beto Carrero Park (10 minutes). Although the path to reach it on foot is not a good choice for those with small kids. You have to go through an improvised bridge over a small stream and there is no sidewalks to you walk on till reach the park, so you have to wak pretty near the highway. This is not a hotel fault, it´s clear the city hall should fix this asap. Anyway, they have a shuttle to hte park that is very fast as well, so you reach the park the way you feel more confortable.
Rooms are spacious and well cleaned.
If possible ask for a room that gives you the Beto Carreo park view. Kids loved to see the rides being tested prior the park opening and also to look at the rollercoaster loop from the hotel.
Overall a place that i would recommend and come back.
