Comfortable and perfect location.

I spent the Mother's Day weekend. Perfect location, next to the imperial museum, close to the cathedral and the house of Princess Elizabeth. I found the hotel comfortable, with good breakfast. The room was clean, had a fridge and TV, had a good bed and a good shower. However, the air conditioning did not work. When it called, it made a slight noise, but it did not air condition. I only figured it out at bedtime when I was already in pyjamas. I tried to call the reception and also found out at that moment that the phone was not working. I gave up and slept without air. On the other hand, the attention deserves praise. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

A paradise!

We would like to praise and thank the impeccable staff at Hotel Casablanca Imperial! Especially Valeria, Fatima, the Governance team, the breakfast team and the managers. You guys were amazing with us! The delicious breakfast! The room is always clean and impeccable, in the reception the double Valeria and Fatima super hospitable with a huge smile on the face! We feel special and welcome! The managers with impervious tips and super-anticipated! Anyway, we will always be back and very soon! Congratulations and our MTO thank you!

Marathon by stairs

Noisy hotel, no access to rooms by elevator. Totally unacceptable for older people. Repeat breakfast, every day the same thing. The replacement is slow, with the copers completely lost in the moments of highest flow. I'm staying here, but no return anymore, although the location is excellent, it's not a hotel that provides the minimum of comfort for more mature people. I do not recommend.

Spectacular location

Very well located, next to the Imperial Museum. It is so close that I felt like “host of Don Pedro II) Rs. You can walk to the Cathedral and to the house of Princess Isabel, as well as to the street 16 de mars (where you can buy some little things) and to the house of the 7 errors. I mean, you can do everything on foot. (Tom's brownie restaurant is there, by the way). The hotel is quite old, but it is definitely damned by its location, facade and the very history of the house. That way, it shouldn’t be that simple to make reforms. I saw some negative reviews here but in my room everything worked perfectly well. The hotel staff is a sympathy, with special emphasis on the reception and managers. And the breakfast besides tasty mto was a charm apart with the birds singing. I will come back and I will come back for sure.

Central location within a 5 minute walk for all that Petropolis has to offer. Great breakfast in a comfortable setting. Nice swimming pool area to relax. We had an issue with the toilet in our room and as the hotel couldn’t repair quickly they moved us to another room.
