Nice place, but ordinary services. 0 star structure.
The place is beautiful, the wonderful suite, but it ended there.
Yesterday we had a reservation at the restaurant at 21:30 and we only had a table, after complaining for the third time. If you are unable to attend, do not ask for reservation.
This Saturday, the suite phone doesn't work, which means everything I want to do I have to go down. Ask something at the restaurant to go down there, no branch works.
Internet forget, it's awful, and has only one access, for all customers.
In short, pretty but ordinary.
They charge a price of 5 stars, I paid without complaining, but the services provided are no star.
Don't come, look somewhere else.

One of the best hotels and restaurants! Everything from the accommodations to the food was beyond wonderful! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would! A unique experience! Diego, Eliseu as well as the entire staff made our stay even more comfortable!
