Wonderful place to spend a few nights….it is like you are 3 hours away from Rio enjoying nature and the many restaurants serving great food. Staff would extremely accommodating!!!!

Unforgettable Experience

A very charming place, located on an island in an environmental preservation area in the middle of Barra da Tijuca, very close to the metro. The island is very close to the metro and you can take a taxi boat for 4 reais and get to the hotel very quickly. The boat service is 24 hours a day and the view from the room overlooks the lagoon. I found the staff to be very friendly and efficient, it has a wonderful bistro and a great vibe. I really recommend it.

A steal. Literally

Disappointing service, total disrespect for customers. I made a reservation through the inn's website, paid via pix, the full cost of the suite, and also paid 50% of the cost of dinner at the restaurant - a reservation requirement. It was to celebrate my wife's birthday. Unfortunately, she had a health problem on the day and I informed her that I would not be able to stay on the booked date. I contacted customer service via WhatsApp, but on the two dates I requested rescheduling - the first the following week and the other 15 days later - I was informed that there were no suites available. After that, they simply never responded to my messages again. So I looked for help on Instagram. Initially I got a response, but the next day I started to be ignored there too. In short: they took money from my reservation and I haven't heard anything back.

O chalé não está na área da pousada mas, é bem próximo. Foi bom para viagem em família...Viagem a dois, sem dúvida, é melhor ficar na pousada, que é um encanto! Voltarei mais vezes, equipe e pousada nota 10!
