Excellent hotel. Everything very clean and organized. The breakfast was well served.
Very fast room service.
All staff were coming hospitalists.

Very good hotel, the staff's attention was very cordial and the breakfast was varied and very delicious.
The water pressure in the shower was incredible

Brazil Copacabana.

The hotel is very well located and secure.
The police station is right in front if that can reassure some people !
If you are careful enough, everything goes very well!! No issues during our entire trip, while remaining vigilant of course!!
There is also a subway entrance in front of the hotel.
Shops are nearby, great for souvenirs and for eating.
The breakfast is very decent but not varied enough when you stay for 15 days, which was our case.
We did not use the pool because we found it too small and we preferred to enjoy the beaches like Copacabana/Ipanema/Leme/Vermelha/Leblon.
The hotel staff was very responsive when needed. We had a clogged sink upon our arrival and when we reported it, the problem was resolved during the day.
Small downside, the windows are not soundproof, we were on the 13th floor and we heard everything!!

Overall we are very satisfied with this hotel and thanks to the very pleasant reception staff.

Gym area and pool need improvements. Spacious room, large and comfortable beds. Good cleaning, there is no mould smell or moisture. Great shower

Excellent location and service

The stay was great. Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere and delicious coffee. The location is excellent (in front of a metro station and 5 blocks from the beach.
Only one thing bothered us... the air conditioning in the room where I was, when I went, made a lot of noise and couldn't leave the night on to sleep. Glad it wasn't hot! rsrs
