Family Hosting

Excellent accommodation! Careful service, comfortable room and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and the whole staff was very helpful during the stay. The common areas are well taken care of and provide a pleasant and welcoming environment. The location is also a big difference, making it easy to access the main points of the region.
I thank the whole staff for the hospitality and care in making our stay so special. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel for those looking for comfort, quality and exceptional service.

To fleee, not correct

Hotel to escape. They charged us a room at a high price when it did not meet the hotel criteria: small area, mold, technical room within the room, shower with plumbing not finished. We paid for the price of a deluxe double room while we were in a hovel. Seeing the photos the hotel manager seemed surprised and told us that the room would no longer be rented .. but we were not compensated for this night spent in this hovel.

Run away!!!!! Scam!!! Dirty!!!

To flee!!!!!
We had booked 5 nights at this hotel, but we had to leave after only 1 night. The room was in a very disappointing condition: yellow sheets and towels, humidity in the room, no hot water, and very small and uncomfortable bed.
The neighborhood is poorly attended and noisy, you can hear absolutely everything around the hotel, making rest impossible. These conditions are very far from what was advertised , for a 4 star .... It's worth 1 .
Despite our representations to Booking, and the hotel no refund has been offered for unused nights.
We do not recommend this hotel and strongly advise against booking here if you are looking for a minimum of comfort, cleanliness and security. Run away!!!!!!

They solve our problems...

During the stay we had an unforeseen with the hot water, caused by a problem from the gas operator in the region. However, the way the hotel ran the situation made all the difference. The director Daniel and the head of reception were extremely attentive and helpful, he immediately arranged the exchange of our apartment and so we were able to take our warm bath. My husband and I were very pleased

I had an excellent experience during my stay. The room was very comfortable, quiet and extremely clean, providing a great night's rest.
Breakfast deserves special attention! The breads and cakes were always fresh, very tasty and quite varied. It was undoubtedly one of the best morning cafes I’ve ever found in a hotel.
The whole staff was very polite and attentive, contributing to making the stay even more pleasant.
As a suggestion for improvement, I believe that room service could be a little more agile, especially during hours of high traffic. It’s just a detail that, if improved, will make the experience even more complete.
