Great!

New hotel, well equipped, and very comfortable! We stayed 3 days, and we were very well served in all.
The room was clean and clean, all new. The reception and cleaning staff are always very asking and polite, deserve many compliments.
The only reservation is that the bathroom is well tight, but nothing that will interfere with the stay. We also felt a lack of a whole body mirror in the room.
I would like to leave a compliment to the kitchen staff, who served us very well the day we arrived, already at night. Very delicious food and impeccable service. The breakfast is also great!
We will definitely come back more often!

Disappointing for a 4 stars.

For a 4-star hotel, I found it weak. The positive points and consistent with the 4 stars is the breakfast very good and varied. We see the cakes, sweet and salty cakes and quitutes being prepared because the kitchen is visible. The restaurant, however, leaves nothing to be desired. The apartments are comfortable and the staff is attentive. The wardrobe cleaning can improve. We moved from a better fit, but with no sea view to another smaller, but with a beautiful view, which should soon end with the construction of a studio building right in front. There's a convention room I think small and a very small bodybuilding gym with no view. There is no pool and no leisure area where the guest can stay if they do not want to stay in the room. There's a mirror missing in the room.

Cost benefit doubtful

The hotel is new and well located (not for those going to the beach, since the beaches in the region are unsuitable for bathing), facilitating the transportation around the city. There's a free garage, but you need to be lucky to have vacancies. The rooms smell moldy and the air conditioning exudes bad smell when it works. The bathroom is tiny even for lean people. Breakfast is in a not very roasted environment and the food appears to be made the day before (spicy, hard...), which hurts a lot. There is a girl who notes requests for omelet and tapioca (they are made on time and is a good request), but is careless and keeps chatting with the kitchen staff. I watched a lot of guests leave food on the plates. For the same value, look for better options.

Hotel is ok but a new construcion is being build right in front of the hotel and the hotel is also surrounded by very loud bars
