We would like to record our total satisfaction with the stay of these 8 days.
As well as highlighting by citing the names of Paulinho, Igor, Tita, Fatima and Manú ⁇ .
We have no words to express our gratitude for the service of this team of excellence in care, attention and affection at all times ⁇ .
We were very happy to have had the chance to report our thanks personally to Afrânio when we were leaving the Inn ❤️.
My husband and I, we dream to celebrate our 28 years of marriage in a special way ⁇ ......but we were surprised with much beyond what we planned ⁇ .
The ⁇ Pousada Balandas da Serra was for us, the corner of peace, coziness, and rest that we so wanted to have lived.
We have no complaints to be described✍.... even we want to thank the permission of exchange of the cute mattress for a firm ⁇ to serve us better.
The cleanliness of the Inn and the room were impeccable.
The breakfast is delicious, full and without any items while the breakfast schedule is available.
(Thankfulness and return) are the words that define our hosting days.
We will ⁇ return with great pleasure to enjoy this blessed corner.

The best breakfast ever
What a delightful guesthouse, impeccable from arrival to the politeness of the staff .

The best shot I've ever had!
When we return to the mountains, we don't even look for other places, we go straight to Varandas. Congratulations on your care, you were incredible!

Go Somewhere Else!
First the positive points: the personnel are friendly and really do their most to help. There is a good heated pool and the large garden is well kept!
The negative points refers to the administration. You give your credit card information when making the reservation, but upon check-in they charge the full amount. When you check out the extras must be paid only in cash or with a debit card, unless yout bill exceeds US$100,00
The room “superior” is very small. Just to give a example there is only one reading lamp !
The bathroom is very,very small!
And last but not least,hanging on the door there is a price list of towels that are stained!
There are plenty hotels nearby.I cannot recommend this one!

We consider very constructive all the comments we receive here, once it allow us to correct our faults and improve every day.
Regarding the negative points, namely, the fact that we established a minimum value for payment in credit cards, we must explain that the credit card company charge us a very high fee for each payment made at their system. Once we didn’t want to increase our daily rate, respecting those who would rather paying in cash, we didn’t have another choice but determining a minimum value, including for payments in instalments without interests.
Regarding the notice about the towels, we inform that we haven’t charged anyone for that until today, but for us is very important to warn the guests about that fee, because we are located in a forest and we need to avoid to have the towels damaged by the land.

Charming B&B with mountain views
We loved our stay here in Serra do Cipo, the B&B is nicely laid out with a big reception area with fireplace opening onto a large courtyard with the rooms spread around. The rooms are spacious and well furnished, ours had a small balcony with hammock. The breakfast was plentiful and they serve excellent local coffee. The staff are very clued up on walks in the area, ensuring you get the most from your stay.

Its a very nice place to stay
Me and my boyfriend booked the Master Suite for a 3 night stay. The room is comfortable, had a small balcony with a hammock which was very nice!
Breakfast is good, we both liked it very much.
The pool area is ok, the pool was very cold, but there was another one warm, but we did not try it.
TV had only channels in portuguese, but we had our ipad and watched netflix; the wifi had a low signal but it worked!
Only one morning breakfast was served 20 min late; besides that, I think everything went well with this pousada, so I recommend it!
Breakfast is good, we both liked it very much.
