Nice hotel, friendly staff - a pool would be a big upgrade!

We just returned from 4 days here. The accommodation is basic but nice design, not much room for a family in the cabins & the shower is ‘simple’. But the communal area is lovely - really nice to relax. Breakfast was good - would be better if they served espresso! My kids loved making their cheese and ham toasties.
But the staff were friendly, especially Roberta and Junior who really looked after us well during our stay!
Location was really close to the dunes which was great, but needed a taxi to get in/out of the town for restaurants in the evening. The hotel offered a service which was really helpful (thanks Junior!)
Something to consider if you want to walk in the evening - was fine for us though…a swimming pool or at least a pool table would be a big improvement for the hotel as there isn’t any activities for kids at the hotel.

Rooms need improvements...

Positive: very attentive staff, highlighting the Goddess, who makes all the difference in hosting!
General comments: by the value of the daily, we expected a superior experience. Cost-benefit left nothing to be desired. The common area of the guest house is super charming, well cared for, but the rooms need more attention: pretty worn bed linen, few furniture (only a small table and a chair, where all the clothes of the trip stayed), air conditioning with a lot of noise, very bad bathroom (very little pressure in the shower, water from the sink with brown color - to brush the teeth we used mineral water). As access to the guest house is only for 4x4, the guest house offers transfer at a cost of R$40.00 (go-and-go, for a couple) to any point in the center, which is about 5 minutes away. As we were in a group of 4 people allocated in 2 rooms, we paid R$80.00 each time we went to the center...

Best hotels in Santo Amaro

The guesthouse is very quiet and pretty, very close to the entrance of the national park, the Service is good, simple but functional breakfast. Offers lunch and dinner Service with a menu on the table, with dishes for two people. My criticism only eh with respect to the values of tapioca that eh very expensive compared to the other dishes. It offers a great place to rest but has no other infrastructure, it is away from the center. We stayed in new wing, very spacious and well decorated rooms

Exceeded expectations

I loved the attention. Very attentive, coffee prepared with great care and care. Great facilities. We stayed at New Wing.
