Inflexible in the care and enemies of conflict resolution

I'm staying here this weekend. I booked a room with two single beds with a friend. Well, when I got there, I found out that this friend is snoring. I asked the reception to flexize the reservation, I was not served and slept in my car. The next day, on our last diary, I went to discuss with the reception the possibility of going to another room within the price of our reservation, as there are available rooms (after all, they offered me more than one option to pay: conjugated with door and single bed). The result: only if you pay another room with another daily. To me, mentality is the worst of all. I as a hotel would much more prefer a satisfied guest than a potential guest who can come from nowhere and book this room in the middle of the night (which I bet with you that will not happen). Unflexible and poor service, especially in the customer experience. I understand that this is the protocol, but I understand it to be the worst possible resolution of the conflict: they with the empty room and the current unhappy guests. In addition, the hotel is ok, nothing special (on the contrary, there is no restaurant even to order a fried potato).

Great experience

Very good hotel, despite being in a small town. Wonderful coffee and very central location.
Very attentive receptionists, in fact, one of them picked me up at the bus station at 6 am and at no cost, I thought that was fantastic, that care.

The town is small but very clean, organized and welcoming staff and has a hotel to match. It was very cold in August (1C - 32F) but inside the Hotel West the atmosphere was welcoming. Fast service at check in and check out. Good Wi-Fi link. In the South region the rooms are spacious and comfortable beds. Here too is standard. But the highlight of the service was the food ... The homemade pasta soup in the area is wonderful. The night with wine. Unmissable. Breakfast is also varied. Isolation from the rooms also very good. The tip is to ask the attendant for the nearby address of the lady providing homemade pasta. Just cross the street. Life of the interior of Santa Catarina.

New and Clean

Excellent place to stay for the night. We were on a road trip and decided to stay here. We were surprised that this very modern and up to date hotel was in this town. The staff were friendly and so helpful and went over and beyond helping us. They didn't speak English or Spanish but they tried very hard to accommodate our needs. They gave helpful directions for restaurants. The hotel also provides a restaurant service. Breakfast is provided, it was a good spread of fruit and baked goods and other foods. The rooms were clean and new. Free Wifi was great! They provide gated parking. Prices were reasonable. I would stay here again.
