All wonderful!

Me and my kids stayed in the hotel, it was all very special. The reception boys are kind, polite and formal. The cleaning girls are also 10. The staff of the wonderful restaurant, we felt the will and very well received, the Hotel has its assiduous customers who have been visiting the establishment for years, a familiar place with excellent structure and close to the water park. Uncle Henry was very nice with my kids and my aunts too. I want to especially thank Ronisa who was very wonderful with me and my children. To all staff and owners of the Hotel, my sincere thanks for all care and affection throughout our accommodation. You guys are amazing

Very tasty food, very friendly staff. Spacious room. The hotel has it all! Children's park, swimming pools, gym, baby cup, toy shop with monitors and activities for children over 4 years. And to close with 10 still has programs like tours, bingo, themed parties. I loved the experience and will come back more often if God wills!

Urgently needs renovations

The hotel is a São Lourenço classic, an institution in many people's holiday memories. Unfortunately, however, it is in urgent need of renovation and is neglected. Bathrooms with a lot of mold, dirty sink, dirty toilet, greasy shower, dirty and stained carpet, curtains that haven't been washed in years, room with a musty smell, lots of infiltration. The hotel has several activities, it is full board and the food is delicious. At night, there is live music, beer, sometimes bingo. Lots of activities for children, recreation, etc. but the condition of the hotel is really deplorable, very destroyed, and the photos I took are just an example, there was no way to photograph all the problems or I would have lost the trip just because of that.

I made 3 complaints from one day to the next, nothing helps, they don't solve the problem, I can't watch TV.

Television doesn't work, dirty towels, I don't recommend it to anyone. I called my family to come and stay here but unfortunately I was very disappointed. If you have any other option in São Lourenço go, don't be fooled by the photo of the hotel because it is big. It has no quality.

Reasonable

I've stayed there other times and each time the structure gets worse. The service from the waiters, receptionist and maids is excellent. But the pool area is getting worse and worse, without maintenance, with total neglect. Lots of mold in the rooms. The foods that were wonderful are now very restricted, with few options for meats, dishes and desserts. A feather! Anyone who has stayed there for more than 12 years has seen the decline of this hotel, which was once a reference in São Lourenço tourism. I have already recommended it to several friends, but today I can no longer recommend it.
