Hostel to wish
When we researched guesthouses in São Miguel dos Milagres, we came across the concept of 'charming guesthouse', attributed to Pousada Villa Kai. In addition, the evaluations were all positive, even if they were months or years ago.
What a disappointment!
I explain:
1. Starting with our arrival. There was no one to welcome us. We had to call the hostel phone to warn that we were at the door. After about 10 minutes arrived Mrs. Rayane said he was having lunch.
2. We were introduced to the hostel and, initially, the Mrs. Rayane was friendly and helpful. He gave us her phone number for contact. We left our things and went to see Porto da Rua beach. She gave us the key to the room and the gate.
3. When we returned to the guest house we had problems with the heating of the shower water and the TV. As for heating the shower water, by whatsapp we solved. However, as for the TV, despite the numerous changes of devices and controls, nothing! Not to mention that the flow of water from the shower leaves nothing to be desired. The next day, because of the TV, we changed room.
4. We closed a tour on the instructions of Mrs. Rayane with a bug she knew. The Bugue had no brake and the tour consisted of 3 stops (value R$300,00). We canceled the tour that we were going to do in the afternoon because we did not like the first, which caused the attitude of Mrs. Rayane for us changed radically. Few words and little inquisitive. Our feeling is that we were asking for a favor whenever we needed something. Not counting on the invisible information she gave us about access to the Mirante. He said the bugs weren't going up because of a bug accident that he couldn't brake down. We went by car and saw several bugs on top, maybe the bug she indicated us, which had no brakes, didn't really go up.
5. Another point that caused us strange was the fact that the rooms would only be arranged every 2 days! The towels, some with stains, would be changed in the same period.
6. As for breakfast, despite the photos on the guesthouse website showing a capricious coffee, I lack words to describe. Just one juice option (do you like acerola? There is the place for it), no choice of cereal, yogurt, water, chocolate, butter, among others.
7. During our stay, we only saw the staff at breakfast. They were locked up in the kitchen without helping the guests.
8. All rooms had a glass door, which involved taking care that our privacy was not invaded.
9. Beach towels - we use the same all season we stayed. We arrived and left drying on the chairs they had in front of the room.
10. On 01/01/26 the breakfast was quite 'foolish'. "I'm tired of everything!!" (sorry for the mess). We were offered form bread without a toaster or sandwich.
11. We always had to request the replacement of toilet paper, which by the way, of poor quality for a guesthouse considered 'charme'.
Anyway, I could report countless disappointments to the guesthouse, but I stop here. Just add: I DO NOT RECOMMEND IN ANY HYPOTHESIS!!!

Great cost benefit, new guesthouse
Rooms and large bathrooms, pool and very green around.
Well welcoming staff, Vânia makes a wonderful cake!
Great cost benefit and close to the beach.
Coffee is simple but very tasty and the prices of the drinks in the guesthouse are quite affordable (water, beer, energetic)

Excellent
Everything very clean, towels and quality bedding, very good mattress, excellent breakfast and gentle and requested staff. Excellent cleanliness and room with nice local space pleasant, quiet and quiet. I suggest one or two chairs on the balcony

Essentially excellent!
Excellent receptivity, breakfast and hiking tips. Very nice and clean all guesthouse. A great natural space, green space with grasses and beautiful plates. Pool with two depth very important for Child to use.
