A great option for a stay in SP.

Hotel delivers what it promises.
Well located, friendly staff, good rooms, good breakfast, great cleanliness and fair price.
Of course, it's not a 5-star hotel, but even in its simplicity it manages to surpass some of the fanciest hotels I've ever stayed in.

Very satisfied with the quality-price ratio of this hotel. It is in the alternative neighborhood of Bela Vista and within what is the mid-range, I consider that it was at the expected level. IMPECCABLE CLEANLINESS of the rooms and great kindness at reception from Guilherme, Augusto and the rest of the staff (sorry I don't know the rest of the names). Always with a smile, so I have pleasant memories. Distance to the center of Sao Paulo, about 30 minutes on foot (it is a short time, given the large size of this megalopolis)

Simple and great

Renovated, simple and very nice....wonderful staff ..impeccable cleanliness, 24h wear, new furniture, new air conditioning, and good breakfast. The location is great close to all the restaurants of Bixiga. The walk is worth it

Very good choice. I recommend.

Room: for 1 person it is spectacular. For 2 people it is a little small.
Service: excellent. At the front desk they are very attentive and friendly. They answer all your concerns and questions.
Breakfast: very varied and complete.
For the price you pay, it is a very good option. I would choose it again.

Good cost-benefit

New facilities and good location. There is nothing to do around the hotel. Old and even half-abandoned buildings. Spacious and very clean room with good bed. The pillows could be better. I had to ask for shampoo at reception. The breakfast is simple, but of quality. I expected more for the daily price. There is parking in the building itself
