Do not recommend

Hotel located in Guarulhos and offers return shuttle to Guarulhos airport, which makes it quite easy. Reasonable attention. Old and precarious rooms. Look dirty. Breakfast included in the daily but super simple. Price consistent with what it offers.

Need to improve

I stayed for 4 days with a large group of people, the attendant went out of his way to check in and out, changed people's rooms and also charged extra fees... the food is good, but little variety and expensive, The buffet lady is also not at all friendly, and cleaning was only done once during the entire stay, because we went out every day and left the keys at reception, when I went to complain, they said I had to ask to do the cleaning.

Conveniently placed but noisy

On the plus side The hotel is close enough to gru airport and it offers a free shuttle service. Breackfast is ok.
On the down side it is very noisy you could hear a fly on the top floor while in the basement. Makes it hard to sleep properly.

Good hotel for a night

We booked a room because we arrived at 2AM at Guarulhos airport and wanted some sleep before family would pick us up.
The 24 hour shuttle service of the hotel picked us up after sending them a WhatsApp message and brought us to the hotel in 15 minutes.
The room was simple but sufficient for a night. Breakfast was simple as well: bread, fruits and coffee.

Overpriced bad hotel

We decided stay in this hotel because it's close to airport, but it's not so close. Transfer takes 20 minutes.
Our room was very bad and uncomfortable. Very small, smell bad inside the room and humid, curtains made from plastic, old tv, lamp on the wire, very noisy hotel and unpleasant, breakfast was ok. We paid 72$, it was horrible night.
Not recommended.
