Disappointing experience and lack of hygiene

I just arrived at the Slavieiro hotel in Moema, São Paulo, and the experience has already started in the worst possible way. The bathroom box was completely dirty, with hair on the ribbon, writing mark on the mirror and visibly dirty towels. A real disgrace with the expected minimum of hygiene — simply disgusting.
I went to the reception immediately and, to my surprise, I had to wait about 40 minutes for a supervisor's permission for the room change to be released. An absurd time, especially considering the gravity of the situation. The attention was slow and unresolving, reinforcing the bad first impression.
And, to “improve” the experience — with all the irony the case allows — even after the room change, the problem persisted. The towels remained dirty and stained (3 out of 4 towels), making it clear that this is not an isolated case, but apparently a hotel standard.
As if it wasn’t enough, the air conditioning control of the new room just doesn’t work, making the stay even more uncomfortable. What should have been a quiet accommodation turned into a sequence of frustrations, operational failures and total lack of care with the guest. The assistant Pedro was super polite and tried to treat the problems that are clearly structural in the best possible way.
An extremely disappointing experience, which does not minimally correspond to what is expected of a hotel in the region. I do not recommend.

O apartamento é de um tamanho bom, mas muito antigo e velho. A cama desconfortável e velha e os lençóis muito usados e antigos.
