Lack of standardization in the care.
The second night it got worse. The person at the reception sought to complicate everything, absolutely everything and made the stay an experience to never repeat. The meal request was forgotten by the team and after 1:30hs and with my charge were resolved gives worse form, which is, they understood that sending a frozen lazanha after the waiting time would be a great idea. Not without first giving the standard excuse that the kitchen was full of orders, which was obviously a lie. I went to try to sleep really hungry, since after the complaint to the reception, nothing was done about it. Nothing.
Again a very bad night's sleep due to the noise in the place. To close the experience, when I was already lying down the phone rings to ask if it was me who had requested the NF the day before?
The issue of an NF is something you will need to have patience and ask for a few times. (until this moment, I am waiting for the 2nd day).
The pillows are equal stones. It is better to use a bath towel to do the function of the pillow.

Ficamos hospedado na suíte 211, pernoite de sábado/domingo.
Mandei um e-mail na sexta perguntando e fui informando que a pernoite tem direito a café completo, não ocorreu foi nos dados o café simples.
