My stay with my daughter Natascha at Tropical Mooca

I went to the Pousada with my 4-legged daughter Yorkshire. First time I went to Mooca and I had a beautiful experience at this Pousada.
Everyone at the Inn, whether the Owner or the volunteers, was wonderful!
It's a guesthouse that makes you feel at home, with the option of individual rooms and even a bathroom.
A very good open space and excellent location.
A very important point is cost-benefit!
I thank you for the affection you showed me and Nata.

Dirty place!!

The place is simply horrible, dirty, deteriorated spaces, they have a pitbull that enters the rooms. The bunk beds are low, the bedroom doors are stuck. Simply the worst choice. Don't be fooled by the photos or some misleading comments.

DONT GO HERE

I don’t recommend this place at all. It’s dirty and they don’t clean not even the floor while you’re staying even though people come and go in shareable rooms. The restroom is always smelly and the floor sticky. The staff it’s unfriendly it has a lady that cleans and Jessica that lives there and they are rude and feel like they own the place. They need to get another fridge asap my food went bad after a day because doesn’t work at all. The owner doesn’t really care if there’s noise from others guests at all he says he can’t do anything at all. They don’t have service attitude even though it’s like an hotel. They don’t have flexibility at changing reservations at all. You can find more options for the same or less price. The price is not worth it at all. Nothing is close to the address. There’s MANY of mosquitoes all over the place; rooms, kitchen, living room. I got a rash from staying at this place.
