Hotel needs maintenance and modernization

The hotel has good infrastructure, but is bad for maintenance. The door of the apartment grabbed at the time of opening and closing and the markers of the door with loose bars. The window has a hard to handle lock and does not seal right, which causes rainwater infiltration. The shower is electric (Lorenzetti shower), can take a bath, but could use a better shower and with reduced electricity. The mattress is good, but the bed and bath enxoval deserved a better quality. But the amenities of the Harus brand are very good and stay in the dispensers. Breakfast is basic and has not many options.

A decaying star in Teresina

This is a business hotel for travelers. Although with pool and gym, it is not tourist. It is an old hotel, should be the largest in the city, yet needs an urgent retrofit. From furniture, TV, to showers, which are still electric. It's far away and there's nothing nearby except a pharmacy two blocks away. Another downside is the breakfast, few options. The hotel restaurant also leaves little to be desired. The until fine to is awful! Anyway, I would not recommend. If you continue on this path, without an upgrade, the new hotels that are emerging will decree its end.

Bad service by the hotel and restaurant waitress

I had a bad experience with the rest of the Arrey Grand hotel, because me, my wife and some friends who wanted to make use of the service of the Barcelona restaurant space that belongs to the hotel was denied its use, and also feel unhappy with the care of both the hotel staff in us served in the physical space of the restaurant and wanted our meals were made in the area of the hotel bar.

Bad experience

Modest hotel, with clean environment and good structure but poor quality rooms, with noisy air conditioning, poor quality towels, bad shower, 3rd class bathroom products. The service is amateur, and the breakfast is limited. I do not recommend.
