The place is magical but the reception needs to be improved

The attention via WhatsApp is bad, the girl leaves us in the vacuum, for hours only responds when we put several times the interrogation point, the attention via phone may forget that they never attend, but the place in yes is amazing, stunning beautiful

Bad and disconnected from reality

In the past it was supposed to be a good hotel, but today there are no maintenance opportunities. Wherever you look, you will see something that needs attention.
A small list.
- Rooms smelling mud.
- Bathrooms with electric shower and no pressure.
- Children's space, all full of lime and dirty
- Mini arborization blocked.
- Dirty garden, started cutting the grass the day we arrived, event the next day, did not realize to finish.
Now let's talk about the service.
- If you don't expressly ask for room arrangement, you won't have that service. You need to go to the office every day and apply.
- We used the event room. That they were painting on the day we arrived and on the day of the event, every time we left the room, someone was going there wiping out the lights and turning off the air conditioning. We arrived with the group the room was closed, with the smell of ink and mold, not to mention the heat and humidity.
- Speaking of humidity, we left our training material on a bench on the stage and when we went to use, it was all wet due to a water leak.
Now and finally, the restaurant one confronts the values they practice. As required to make all meals outside the hotel. I don't know what to say, but the dishes are all over $100. Even a simple steak with fries.

Don't stay!

TERRIBLE PLACE, lots of insects, horrible bathrooms and beds, smell of mold, and THEY NEVER GAVE MY REFUND BACK, I SENT SEVERAL MESSAGES AND THEY ARE JUST WITH THE EXCUSE THAT THEY ARE SENDING IT TO MANAGEMENT AND THEY DON'T RESPOND! DO NOT STAY!

Horrible.

The beds had no sheets. They delivered blooded linens. The bathroom had no towels. They delivered dirtied towels. It was a nightmare to finally succeed in having proper linens and towels. If it were located near any town we would be leaving sooner than tomorrow early morning. It's in the middle of the nowhere. No plan B available.
Entregaram coberta de cama suja de sangue , toalhas sujas e úmidas. Amanhã de manhã sairemos, graças a deus. Fica no fim do mundo e está de noite já.
