Great cost benefit

The location is great, right in the center of Ubatuba, close to the aquarium.
The room was clean, air conditioning working perfectly, smart tv, large and clean bathroom, with bed linen and sheets.
The environment is quiet and quiet. The room needs small repairs like the lock and a paint on the walls, nothing that involves the use.
If you could leave a recommendation, it would be nice if the checkout was at 12:00 or flexible.
We were welcomed by Thiago, who was requested and friendly.

Fantastic

Our trip to Ubatuba was decided at the last minute, as soon as we arrived in the city we made a reservation through Booking, it was already more than 10pm, we were afraid we wouldn't be able to get in as it's not a hotel, so there was no one at reception to welcome us. . Shortly after booking, I received an email with some instructions and a telephone number, I contacted them and was promptly assisted by Thiago, who cordially gave me all the instructions for entering and even gave me some tips on places to visit.
The apartment is simple but very cozy and spacious, it has a double bed and a single bed, a minibar, air conditioning, TV, balcony and a huge bathroom. As we booked through booking we had access to bed linen and towels. For those who book through another channel, they pay a fee to receive the kit.
The location is fantastic!! We only went to the beach by car as we wanted to visit some that were further away, but at night we went out to dinner every day on foot. It is close to the best places to eat and the little shops that every tourist likes to visit (crafts, gifts, ice cream shops, etc.). Oh! It is also practically next to the Ubatuba aquarium!
All in all, it was a wonderful experience for us! We will definitely be back!

Great value for money

Green Haven is in a great location, just a few meters from Praça da Balha, so you don't need a car to get around to the bars and restaurants. The accommodation I stayed in (superior room 9) was adequate to my needs: air conditioning, TV, hot shower, clean bed linen… great value for money. I recommend. The annoying part, but they make it clear, is that they don't have parking for those who drive, which is a bit bad.

Excellent experience.

Organized and clean, clean and odor-free bed and bath linen. Cold fridge, good internet and TV.
Good communication for check in and check out.
Excellent location, there are many breakfast options, bars, and dinner nearby, without having to leave by car to do so.
I will certainly return.
