Worst Hotel - DO NOT STAY

This place is, without exaggeration, the worst accommodation we’ve stayed in during two months of travelling—and that includes some very questionable hostels that now seem luxurious compared to this disaster. I’m deliberately calling it “accommodation” instead of a hotel, because calling it a hotel would be an insult to actual hotels.
Everything was awful. The entire building was filthy, damp, and unbelievably outdated. Maybe decades ago it was acceptable, but whoever is running it now has clearly stopped maintaining it altogether. We paid for a triple room and were dumped in a basic double. The windows didn’t even close. The room smelled like sewage. The bed was revolting. Lights didn’t work. The walls were covered in dead bugs. The bathroom was crawling with black mould. It was truly disgusting from top to bottom.
The couple running the place are not charming, not quirky—just completely unfit to run any kind of hospitality business. The man was rude, passive-aggressive, and seemed to have no concept that guests deserve basic respect or cleanliness. We recorded everything because the situation was so bad it hardly felt real.
To make things worse, they let their dog sit outside our room and bark all night long. The noise made sleeping impossible, and they didn’t seem to care in the slightest.
They even admitted—via a translator app—that they should never have accepted our booking because the hotel was full. The breakfast was terrible, and the description of what they supposedly offer is pure fiction.
We understand that older hotels can have quirks, but there is no excuse for dirt, mould, broken fixtures, and complete neglect. This place shouldn’t be open, full stop.

The comfort and the quality of the rooms does not match the price level. It is possible to find other places witch is much better for the value. However, the view is amazing which increases the scores.

Great location, amazing view.

With a terrace to the ocean, in the best part of ubatuba (by the morros, a couple of miles from downtown), this charming place has access to a beach for surfers, and also to a beach for families. The one for surfers has some privacy and the best waves. The owner of the posada is a most friendly italian, who helped us beyond his duties. The rooms are small, but the location is the best. Cool place. View: unbelievable.

Razoável. Não entregou o quê o site vendeu. TV no apartamento estragada, a limpeza não é diária, não tem serviço de portaria / interfone para atendimento de ifood por exemplo, estacionamento não atende a demanda de hospedagem, os veículos quê não cabem no estacionamento têm que ficar na rua. Café da manhã servido somente após as 8:00 hs.
