Pousada foot in the sand

Simple guesthouse, but well welcoming, walking in the area, we stayed 150m from the sea, sleeping listening to the beating of the waves....the breakfast is very good, the cakes are a delight!!! the attentive staff, the room was very clean, especially the bathroom, I liked a lot and we will definitely come back to rest from the day-to-day rush and stay so close to the sea....at night the moon illuminates the sea, inviting love and romance.

Family trip

Genteeee, I was super afraid to rent because I saw countless negative reviews, but I decided to take a risk and it was worth it, quiet Inn, super comfortable room, spacious and met my expectation.
Full breakfast and a beautiful sea view.
Clean hotel and a little old facilities, nothing else falling to pieces or leaving to wish, on the contrary, well made structure. I will definitely come back.
Service at the reception great and helpful.
And best of all, walk on the sand ♥️

Avoid this place, worst experience

We made a reservation in November for a family and friends trip in January, my son is having to have an emergency operation and I'm trying to contact him 10 days before, they don't offer a refund, I can't cancel because it's in the wife's name, she needs to call to cancel , they don't answer the phone and it takes them 1 day to respond to WhatsApp, the attendant complained about me sending several messages via WhatsApp (requesting her to transfer our amount paid to a couple of friends who still have to settle the rest of the accommodation) with both of their full names reservations, he told me that the more messages I send, the more I will be at the end of the queue, and it has been 2 days and I still haven't been able to resolve it. If the initial service is like this, imagine the inn.
He just told me that his wife should call the person in charge “tomorrow” and that he would no longer answer me (I asked what number I should call since they don't answer the phone and the name of the person in charge).
