It was a great experience during your stay.
Very cozy place, very close to the beach, friendly staff, very good breakfast. It is important to mention that there is a cup available for the moms to heat a meal/baby nursery.

Need to improve a lot
Come on... it's quite clear that the guesthouse needs repairs, because many things are well wrapped up, like furniture, fridge, bathroom supports, box... are details that, yes, make all the difference in a lodging.
We were in two families, and one of the rooms had mold on the wall and a strong smell, which bothered a lot, we requested the exchange the next day, and when some guests left, they changed the room, okay, but what if the guest had not left, how would it be? What I mean is that this kind of situation can't happen, it ends up being unhealthy, because people with respiratory problems would have a lot of difficulty.
The location of the guesthouse was good, but the beach where it was located (Praia da Enseada) was not suitable for bathing, so search before going.
Breakfast was simple, enough, but the place was tight.
As for the inner parking lot of the guesthouse, there were only about five cars, and in front there was a ground (which worked like a workshop for boats) where you could park there.
I'm saying all this because I think people need to know where they're going, because if I had read information like this, I would not have stayed there.
The staff of the guesthouse were attentive, the bed comfortable, the sheets and towels were clean.
In addition, research well before you go, there are hostels in better conservation situation.

É importante destacar que, durante a estadia, a equipe realizou a troca de acomodação assim que houve disponibilidade, mantendo o atendimento dentro dos procedimentos da pousada. Nossa proposta é oferecer uma hospedagem prática, bem localizada e funcional, bastante procurada por quem deseja aproveitar Ubatuba com facilidade. Fatores externos, como condições da praia, fazem parte do ambiente natural da região. Suas observações foram registradas para acompanhamento interno.

Only I will not rate as awful by the staff who served us super well and for having a simple breakfast, but ok if compared to the whole context of the guesthouse.
The rest of the guesthouse presents quite unsatisfactory conditions. The beds have lower quality sheets and pillows, the bathroom is old, with worn dishes and urgently needs maintenance. The criticism is not for the simplicity of the site, but for the obvious lack of infrastructure. The value charged for a daily for two couples (2 rooms) was R$978, which we consider expensive in view of the experience offered. The photos in the ad do not fully correspond to reality — for example, there are no images of the bathroom, whose box was broken and coming off the rail. In addition, the split air conditioning is available only in the upper rooms; in the ground floor room where we stayed, it was a window model, less efficient. The structure needs to be reviewed urgently, or at least, the amount charged per day should be revised, as it is not useful to raise the price because of the holiday if the place is not compatible with what is offered. With this infrastructure, the daily should cost a maximum of R$130

Bad choice
Beds with sheets and pillows with bad fabrics, old bathroom and with old dishes, old refrigerator and glued of another color.

I loved the atmosphere of the super family guesthouse, cosy, wonderful coffee the super educated girls.
Only one detail could make a kitchen in the part below or increase but,was wonderful amiii and I hope to return soon with my whole family.
