Renovated structure with capricious finish.

The place is very beautiful, extremely well cared for and with a focus on nature preservation, the service is good with friendly staff and always request.
I needed more recreation, because the structure deserves it, the recreation facility is good, but a parallel programming aimed at agro-tourism would give an initial upgrade.

Paradise in the Capixabas Mountains

Nature Ecolodge is a paradise amidst the nature of the capixabas mountains. The property is very well cared for, the accommodations are beautiful and comfortable and the food from the hotel restaurant is light and tasty. It's our third time at the hotel and we're already planning our return.

At first a dream, at the end a disappointment!

We booked a Deluxe Room and submitted an upgrade request. Unfortunately there was no availability. As we really liked the place and saw that we would stay all day on tour, I booked another one in another room category, to take advantage of the structure of the hotel.
In contact with them before checkin, I informed about the new diary and asked if anything would change in relation to our booking, and the attendant replied that everything was okay!
At the time of the Check-in, I commented that I had booked one more daily, and they were aware of it! At no time were we told we had to change room.
Everything went perfectly. In the first two whole days we stayed outside making walks through the region of Rota do Lagarto and Carmo. On the last day, (Monday), the hotel empty, day that we would actually rest and enjoy the structure of the hotel and enjoy the room, they call us saying that we would have to change room, claiming that that day would arrive a large group that would occupy all the chalets lake view, (MENTIRAM)! No group arrived! It would be better down if they didn't lie.
I tried anyway, asked to continue in the room, because it was our day off and we were celebrating 16 years of Married. It didn't work, we had to change room, we lost almost two hours, ruined our afternoon and didn't have time to go see the Balloon that we had scheduled for 17:00.
The next day I questioned the fact at the check out and the receptionist said the group would arrive on Tuesday, admitting they lied, and to make it worse, said that she would keep us in the room if I hadn't gotten nervous about the situation after ruining such a special date for us. Sorry!

Excellent!

Great hotel to go to with children!
Large cozy rooms, beautiful views from the rooms, impeccable cleanliness, very good food. As it is further away from the blue stone fervo, it offers half board - breakfast and dinner which is great for not having to leave the hotel. Nice trail too.
It's worth going! I will definitely come back

Very good!

Hotel a little far from the blue stone route. A complex of very beautiful chalets, well equipped, with bathtub and electronic fireplace. Beautiful green area.
Breakfast was delicious, dinner was reasonable and included in the price. I recommend this stay.
