Amazing location and a lovely space. Wish we had been able to stay for more than 1 night. The taxi driver did have a struggle to get up the hill, but Asher was able to help us get to the villa. Team was very helpful generally.

keep in mind you have to take a taxi to go to the property. the hill is very tip, but going back to the beach waking it’s ok.

Great place, great spot, great experience!

I have stayed at coconut breeze villas for years and make it a month long stay…It is an amazing location just above cane garden bay beach. The CGB community is a wonderful group who are always welcoming and friendly. The beach is a lovely place to swim with clear crystal blue water. If you go early or later in the afternoon you can pretty much have the beach to yourself. Restaurants, bars, grocery, laundry make the location perfect and one that if you like you honestly never have to leave. The rooms are really nice with the best views the higher you go up on the hill. They are comfortable, clean and well maintained. Each unit has a full kitchen, full size refrigerator and grill. They provide beach towels and beach chairs and the service is amazing! The manager keeps a close eye on the property and quickly responds and addresses any questions or issues. The staff is diligent in keeping the villas clean with weekly service. Beach and bath towels replenished without even requesting. Cannot say enough + about these villas and probably the best part is you feel very much at home in a beautiful tropical environment and are treated like family!

Great spot up on a hill with a view. Fully stocked kitchen with what you need for cooking. Grocery store down the road. You will get your exercise as it’s up hill to go to condo. We enjoyed our stay
