A Great Stay in the heart of BSB
The location is one of its biggest advantages. Being right in the middle of Bandar Seri Begawan, I always felt that everything was close by and it made exploring the city very convenient.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and I particularly appreciated how seriously they take water sustainability. And one small thing that makes a BIG difference to me the AC was actually cold! I love a cold room, especially after spending the day outside in Brunei’s tropical weather.
The food was also really nice, with a good variety of options, but what made my stay particularly memorable was the staff. Everyone I met was professional, friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Nazifa, Amalina, Liyana, Aziz and Zihan for their hospitality.
And an extra special mention must go to Nisa, who truly went above and beyond. She helped arrange a tour guide for me, recommended places to visit and was always incredibly welcoming. She genuinely went out of her way to make sure I was enjoying my time in Brunei, and that kind of personal service is something you remember long after checking out.
Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable and welcoming hotel right in the middle of BSB, don’t think twice book it.
I would happily stay here again. ❤️
