It was awesome and it is better than some 2-3 stars hotels I've visited

Me and my boyfriend went there for 4 days for our summer holiday and it was an excellent place. We were in the yellow room everything was clean, especially the bathroom, the room was spacious enough to store all our luggage, the fridge and the air conditioner were working and they even had а dryer on the balcony to put our wet clothes. There was also a small present at out arrival and since one of the days within our stay was my birthday they had bought me a bottle of champagne which was a really touching gesture. Also Gabi and Vlado were extremely friendly and nice to all guests and gave advices where to go to eat or where the beaches are good and not only for Ahtopol, but for nearby places, too. The only thing that I wasnt happy about was that they dont have a mosquito net on the balcony door, but as a whole I am really satisfied and happy with my stay and would definitely recommend it or stay in once again if I have a trip again to Ahtopol.

Good location lovely hosts

The location of the hotel is great. The rooms are nice and colorful :-) But most of all very clean! There is a lovely shady garden for breakfast and drinks.
The hosts are very nice and welcoming, no reason not to go!

Very nice place

Close to everything, very easy to find.
Big, clean and comfortable room with two balconies. Big bed, tv, refrigerator. The owners are very very friendly and nice people. Fast free wi-fi.
You can borrow beach equipment (umbrellas, balls, books, magazines, etc.) for free.

Super place to stay in Ahtopol

I used this hotel as a base for 3 nights during my trip to Southern Bulgaria in the end of Jun 2013.
Pros:
- Price. 23,5 BGN (12 Eu!!) / night for TWIN with single occupancy.
- Room. It was big, clean, en-suite, good AC, TV set, big balcony facing to the sea.
- Good free fast wi-fi.
- Location. 200 meters from Ahtopol Bus Station, 10 min walk to the beach, 200 meters to the main pedestrian street of Ahtopol with bars and restaurants, 15 min walk to the rocks, port and old part of the town.
- Owners of the hotel - a perfect couple - are brilliant people!!!! They spoke fluent Russian, was unbelievably friendly - like your family!!!!! They were kind, effective, ready to help you anytime!!!!!!!!! They gave very valuable advices. When I asked, they called to the bus station and asked them about timetables for my forthcoming trips. When they heard that I would go to the Turkish border, they suggested to pick me up from there due to the irregularity of the public transportation.
- This hotel is a good base for day or half day trips to Sinemorets, Rezovo (Turkish border) and other neighbor places.

Un couple adorable tient cet hôtel tout en couleur. Rien à redire sur le confort des chambres, spacieuses et propres. Sans parler du petit déjeuner copieux et varié que nous sert notre hôte le matin, et se met en 4 pour nous satisfaire. Allez y les yeux fermés.
