Totally to avoid, it is rated a 4 star, but not him and I would give not even one!

Absolutely to avoid! The hotel, if you can call it that, was a crazy discomfort!
Cleanliness completely absent, dirty sheets, insects everywhere included inside the bed! Antique bathroom, with curtain in the shower, and we are talking about a 4 star!!!!! Food Service given in the nearby hotel and even there bad, dirty and the food is not good! Travel to forget!!!

Negative. Not to be recommended.

Inn VERY POOR and outdated with problems of operation (door of the room blocked, bedside lamp without bulb that works, shower blocked, etc.). Person at reception for several days, door of common toilet locked, etc.

Very poor experience

This was a very disappointing experience. The hotel is dated, shabby, and untidy. Weeds growing through areas around the pool. Very scruffy. We were allowed to go to a pool at sandy beach hotel, on the same complex, which was moderately better, but the lifeguard kept telling us to go away. It was very uncomfortable. Bits of metal / grids / tree stumps jutting out everywhere.
Bar man at the pool and in hotel claiming not to understand requests for coca cola / fanta etc.
No wifi apart from in the lobby. Plastic very uncomfortable sunbeds. Beach lovely.
Avoid this hotel.

Not to be recommended.

The hotel does not correspond a 4* but may be 2*. We travelled with DER TOURISTIC-EximTours (CZ), who reccommeded this hotel to us. It was a bad choice and the information in the description did not correspond with the reality. The hotel is very old and not very clean. In the reception you find ragged sofas and chairs which really is not very representative. The lift closes before you manage to enter it. Rooms are not cleaned properly after previous clients. The door to the balcony got stuck and it was not able to open it. Necessary to say that the staff tries to fix problems quite quickly, but from a 4* you accept that things are naturally in order especially cleanliness. You do not want to ask for every basic service all the time. The food was served in Sandy Beach, seemed to be a better hotel and at the beginning we liked the food but in the end it caused us digestive problems even if keeping carefully basic hygienic procedures. I do not reccommed this hotel at all. The only positive was the proximity to the beach and beach sunbeds for free, but this offer also other hotels at that resort.

Average hotel with some good bits

Rooms seem to be cleaned on a rota, towels replaced every day and beds changed every other day, very strict on towels you wont get extra I asked and was accused of taking my towel to the beach. Room wasnt fully cleaned before we arrived thick dust on top of headboard. Lobby area and toilets all very clean. Beer was watered down, no surprise being all inclusive, bar staff were friendly and other drinks were all ok. We ate in the sandy beach across the road as there is no restaurant here, the food was good a decent variety as well. Would have preferred to stay here as this is where I had booked however they were over full and moved us to the Laguna mare. Probably wouldnt stay again but it wasnt the worst.
