Brake away from town

I went with a partner for few days and it was amazing. The room is good as per description and it has all what is needed. The vila has swimming pool and Italian restaurant which is very handy and food is amazing. The main restaurant is only 200m away and also food was very good. Entire area was very quiet and is nice to take a brake there. Just one tip if you go there will need a car to travel to Veliko Tarnovo fir daily visit if need.

Overall unhappy for a family holiday

Rooms are different from advertised and fridges are not in temperature to keep anything cold. Rude staff and overpriced. Hospitality needs a massive improvement to make things work better for everyone and fresh seasonal food offering.

Excellent

We went there as family and stayed for 5 nights. The place is beautiful and very well maintained. I liked very much the garden, the view and the rooms are very comfortable. The italian restaurant in the garden was also very nice. The only thing that can be improved would be the breakfast. The choice is very limited. The fruit (apples, oranges, etcs) was imported "plastic" style. Given the nice and cheap fruit Bulgaria offers in summer, I wonder why they don't offer this. Overall, the place is excellent and very relaxing and I would return again.

Nice hotek

Very clean and modern hotel comfy beds. Breakfast could be better but second day was a better with more interested waiter. Pool is a bonus and in a nice garden with access to pool bar etc in summer. Would be better if check in was at hotel rather than sister hotel.

Wonderful

The place is lovely. The rooms are clean and big. The services OK. The restaurant have great, good dishes, but the breakfast is...at beast eatble.
The pool is clean with a great view.
The place have an amazing position from where you can see Veliko.
