Coming back again

Very friendly staff, rooms are clean, comfortable, all you need is available, warm. The pool is gorgeous, spacious and very clean. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, all of them delicious and served with a lot of attention and a smile! Really pleased with our stay, we keep on coming, thank you hotel Nikol!

Good and clean room, nice pool, hot water

This is very peaceful hotel offering very nice SPA experience. There is an open air pool, it is clean and nice, the water temperature is excellent. The rooms are nice and clean (basic but nice). The food at the restaurant is nice and the service is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very basic and needs improvement, for the money paid they may offer better breakfast.

I didn't stay at the hotel

I didn't stay in the hotel but visited several times the pool and the restaurant. The pool is very hot. 38C. They should cool it as in the summer it's almost not possible to stay inside. The best thing about this hotel is the cuisine. Very good and tasty food. Highly recommend you to check it. The massage is with a very high-quality as well.

Pool area not neat and clean

The mineral water is probably the best thing there. But! 3-4 cats and a dog are walking around at the pool area and eating from the plates on the tables when the guests are done with the meal. This is disgusting! The area around the pool is not clean enough. There was a big hole in the small pool (probably drain), that was not covered - unacceptable! When I reported that hole to the employee, his reaction was like he never knew about it and nobody did anything to fix it.

Great SPA hotel near Sofia

We stayed for 3 nights with my girlfriend and out little boy. Everything was perfect, we enjoyed a lot the SPA center - the jacuzzi, the steam bath and the sauna. The outside pool was very warm, filled with mineral water, around 38 degrees Celsius and felt really great. It was a quite an experience to swim in the hot water while there was a really cold wind outside, very enjoyable. I only wish there was a snow, perhaps next year.
The food was also very tasty and I was a bit surprised of the quantity - the dishes were quite big. For example the fried yellow cheese was for two people for sure.
Overall a great and relaxing stay.
