Perfect Location with a Smile

If you decide to do business in Kardzhali, or even just pleasure, hotel Behi offers both worlds. It's practically in the center of the city, so it is close to all businesses and you can get to every corner of town just in 5-10 minutes. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable - perfectly clean. Personell will help you with anything you may need topped with a smile - even at night. We enjoyed our stay.

BIG DISGRACE!

A COMPLETE DISGRACE!!! We tried to enter the hotel with a reservation yesterday morning. The doors of the hotel are locked. After waiting in the freezing air for half an hour while trying to get over the shock of how the door of a hotel was locked, a male officer appeared in the lobby. Before you even opened the door and accepted our greeting, you called me. He greeted us in a very arrogant manner with the attitude of "how can you disturb us?". Despite the e-mail we had, which was our official correspondence during the reservation, he did not offer us any options as if we had entered the receptionist's private property. We accepted the room and price he last offered us, which were not in our agreement. We said that his business ethics were not correct. and we went up with our luggage to the room he directed us to. The door did not open. When we went downstairs, he said that he did it on purpose and opened the exit doors of the hotel. We were very surprised by this sick approach. We were very shocked by the great disgrace and arrogance we experienced in this hotel, where we had stayed many times before and gave references to everyone. It saddened and surprised me. I was completely left unattended and the hotel employee's attitude of why did you come and disturb me, making me wait at the door for minutes, is incredibly rude and unfair. A sick employee completely destroyed this hotel, which I recommended to many of my relatives and friends. This hotel loses a lot of blood with this mentality. NEVER PREFER. DON'T!!!!!!!!

A total disappointment

Even though we had a reservation and a confirmed letter at 3:30 in the morning on January 22, the hotel was closed and we were left in the middle of a dark street in freezing weather. We called and knocked on the doors, but no one answered. After 15 minutes, a very angry and nervous receptionist opened the door and said in an extremely arrogant and rude manner that there was a 100% raise and that if it did not work for us, we should leave. We were very sad and shocked because we were miserable all the way and when we finally arrived at our hotel, we were really saddened by the situation we encountered. This hotel has become a very dangerous place, you should definitely not enter through its doors, they are probably sinking, it is impossible for them not to sink with this mentality. If the employee of the beautiful hotel can finish it, we need to question the management, it means it is a very empty place, never enter the door, it is finished.

Good hotel with an excellent restaurant

Stayed for one night. The room was clean and the service was good. The restaurant offers a wide variety of interesting and tasty dishes.
The only downside was that the rooms are decorated a little too glitzy for me.

Good Hotel

Nice hotel,clean,was not in a good place with poor breakfast.Service was very nice,people with smiles.little problems with communication.the room are comfortable.General was a nice hotel with a little problems.
