Hisarya town and C Comfort hotel

3* hotel with excellent hygiene. The beds are very comfortable, all is clean. The breakfast is tasty. There is no lunch and dinner restaurant, but near to C comfort hotel there are many tasty restaurants from all kind of food - pizza, traditional Bulgarian food and more. Hisarya is very comfortable town with many healthy and cultural landmarks.

Disappointing

The hotel location itself is very good. Breakfast is the same every single day. BUT: be aware when in bathrooms, especially the bathtubs - they have these side glass panels, which are not steady and dangerous. The last night of our stay, when our 10-year old was taking a bath, that panel disintegrated itself and hundreds of glass pieces fell on the floor. Good thing that they fell outside of the tub, not inside. Our child was very scared, it took time before we can calm her down.After calling the reception, they brought us a plastic bucket, we cleaned it ourselves, and were FINED 100 EUROS, because as the receptionist said while rolling her eyes: "Why you didn't call us when you saw there was a problem?" This is just a warning to be careful with their baths. Also, if you can stand chlorine, stay short time in the pool, because there is plenty of it in the water.

Recommended

We went there twice already and will be going back again. Perfect correlation - price/quality. The hotel is nothing special, but everything that it offers is great. Spa centre, rooms, cleanliness and especially location. It is in the centre and at the same time it is very quiet, located in the park and just a few steps from mineral water springs, Roman baths etc.
It offers only breakfast which is solid but relatively dull. But there are several quite good restaurants nearby.

Fantastic stay

Calm and cosy place - Large and clean rooms, polite and very kind staff, variety of food and drinks for the breakfast, lovely park in front of the hotel. Great ancient city, perfectly dedicated for family or couple stay.

Awesome service highly recommended.

We have been to a few places but the service at this hotel is just over and beyond. Great facilities make sure you visit the pool with mineral water. There is a spa with steam room and sauna. The hotel has its own private parking.
