The Pearl of Nessebar

Great location Right in the old town of Nessebar, beautiful hotel, also Close to the New Town. The Host is very friendly, nice and helpful. Had a great time and will definetely come back! Totally recommend it!!! Nice garden and large rooms, very clean and with good taste!

There is NO PARKING AND NO SEA VIEW. Booking.com make this as available on their website but no it is not true . The hotel is not on the outside of the island and parking public car park 10 minutes uphill

Nice small hotel, not a B&B

No breakfast is served here so can't be a B&B.
Overall a nice small hotel located towards the back of the island near the newerish part of town. Though this means you'll walk about 800m from the front to the hotel, if that matters. Innkeeper auntie doesn't speak much English but she'll try to help. Rooms are pretty good, with A/C. I got a ground floor room so had a nice courtyard outside my door. Beds were fine, firm and comfortable.
The only problem was the large gruff man who would sit at the front desk every morning and smoke about a pack of cigarettes that would basically fumigate the entire ground floor, including your room. He sits there periodically through the day not saying a word, just smoking. Smoking is pretty pervasive here in Bulgaria, but I especially didn't like to be woken up by smoke.

Second time at this hotel!

Excellent stay! This was our second visit at this hotel and everything was perfect. The rooms are clean and with good amenities. There is a little yard in front of the building with many plants. The hotel itself is located 2 min away from the little beach of the old town, near many restaurants and everything the old town has to offer. We even stayed with our dog who also felt great! I recomment the hotel!

Thieves and bad people

I contacted them by phone as I was interested in staying at the hotel and they gave me a price of the Room MORE THAN DOUBLE than what was on Booking! I asked them why they were telling me such a high price and they just ignored me. Kirios Hotel can be whatever you want, but the owners are thieves and bad people so I would never recommend anyone to stay there.
