Amazing place for team buildings or celebrating with friends

The vila is clean and cozy. You feel like you are in home but with all your friends. The staff is very nice and also we ordered our food from the restaurant and they brought it to us in the house. The spa is great. I can’t wait my next trip to Anita Guest House and SPA.

Great house, not very friendly staff.

The house is great and so is the backyard. It is perfect for a large group of people. The staff is not friendly at all though. The woman that we had contact with was very rude. She stayed at the house, in the living room with us for the whole morning, didn't answer when we sayed "good morning" or even when we offered her breakfast and in the end, at 11:45 she told us, that if we don't get out by 12:00 we will be charged.

Not inteded for large groups

We went as a group of 18 and the villa wasn't prepared to handle such a volume of People.
They didn't have enough forks for all the People.
The space for eating wasn't enough to fit all of us so we had to take turns.
The grill is shared with the house next to this one.
There is only one pot in which you can Cook for 18 People.
The promised sauna was filthy and it wasn't near any form that is usable.

Nice guesthouse, clean room, sadly no Spa facilities available

We booked Anita Spa because of the Spa facilities they are offering. Unfortunately, upon out arrival, we found out that the swimming pool is located outside of the villige, about 2 km drive. We were also told that jacuzzi is broken and cannot be used.
Receptionist was very nice, sadly spoke no word of English which proven to be rather difficult for our communication.
The restaurant recommended for dinner is just round the corner. We would have enjoyed it more if the waitress who was serving the restaurant spoke some English, smiled and did not hate her job that much. Meal was ok and very cheap, but the service was really bad. We did not intend to leave any tip, however the waitress thought otherwise and kept what she tought she deserved or simply was not able to calculate and give correct change back (54.20 - 34.20 is not 17! :-)) Pointless to argue as she did not understan us.
Without Spa facilities, Anita Spa is rather overpriced place, considering the location, and I would recommend to inform their guests in advance in case some of the facilities are not available and/or provide relevant compensation.

Vacantion

Everything was clean. The hotel has great architecture. Exellent place for rest. It is suitable for big groups or families with children. The spa was relaxing good for children also. The hotel can be visited in all seasons.
