Hospitable, tasty and relaxing

Amazing hotel with great spa and great personel. The food at the restaurant is very tasty and the atmosphere is warm and cosy.

Not good. Extremely small rooms.

The rooms are so small. You can hardly move in the room. Although the room is too small, it is stuffed with furniture. There is no room for luggage. The only seating option in the room is the bed. The bathroom is too small and when showering the whole bathroom gets wet, as no shower curtain or similar.
At breakfast, loud music boomed.
We didn't like it at all.

A two star hotel at most!

A poor hotel. Small room.
Medium quality breakfast. I stayed one night. All miserable. The air conditioning made a lot of noise. Poor bathroom amenities. We carried the suitcases ourselves to the pedestrian street and then to the hotel.

Coffee and cake

If you want to visit or take a sit at this beautiful hotel in the morning, you should take a jacket because it’s freezing outside in the morning, the service is good and the coffee acceptable. The deserts they have are ok, my family and I tried all types and I can say that the Red Velvet is the top of the three.

Perfect

Very classy hotel with exquisite restaurant. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Recommend in Sandanski. The spa is nice, bog swimming pool. The best location in the centre of the city. Highly recommend this classy hotel.
