Stayed at the hotel while getting dental treatment, was perfect for me, clean and comfortable

Never again.

Reception staff member being at computer and holding our passports in her hands said that check in will take 5 minutes and we can go. Why should we go and leave our documents with her? Is this normal practise? Weird. Never had experience like that anywhere else. The second room key was given just after we were asking for it.
Our try to use the shower ended up with flood in the bathroom. Water filled half of bathroom floor and was running everywhere else just not in the hole where it meant to. After 1 day waiting they offered the other room but “because it’s better” they said it will be an extra cost for it.My husband politely refused this offer. It was not our fault that things like this happened but that made our stay very uncomfortable.
Kettle in the room wasn’t working, it took few times to run down to reception until this problem was solved. My husband even got the advice to fill the water in it. Ridiculous.
Dusty shelves in the room.
We were happy to check out and leave this experience behind.

Excellent for a small hotel

I stayed here while I was having dental work done. I found the staff lovely. The receptionists were all friendly even the ones who weren’t that fluent in English. Honestly just try a smile and a bit of happiness towards them!! The room was lovely! very bright and airy! i will definitely stay there again. The sunrise came in all the windows and it was beautiful. Also the housekeeping staff were sweet. I had a good stay there. The only thing I didn’t like was there were no music channels like MTV or similar and I do like my music. I did not eat breakfast due to a sore jaw but I went to see what it was like and there seemed plenty of food. Cooked stuff in hot tins and fruit, yogurts, eggs, cereals and a drinks machine. I would recommend this as its so near to the airport. Taxis arrive in minutes using the yellow app. Also theres a big supermarket literally two minute walk away and other shops like a pet store, clothes, niknaks, pharmacy, sports, tee shirt printing. And across the other side is a Asics sports shop, a kind of a TK Max type place, more clothes and a childrens store like a small toys r us.

No service availability

We arrived on Sunday 21-04-24, the room looked great. In the evening I wanted to darken the room and couldn't close the curtains properly because the hooks were missing on one side without a curtain. The mattress was hard/worn out. I reported it to the manager but nothing was repaired. The boss said the mattress was great. In other words, don't make a fuss. Then I turned the mattress over and saw a huge blood stain. Breakfast was mediocre.

Never again

I ordered a non-smoking room...my room smells terribly of cigarettes...I complained to reception...he said that's just not true...the bathroom turns into a small swimming pool after every shower...???
I didn't arrive until after 11pm and wanted two tea bags to make myself some in the room. The hotel charged 4 Leva, or 2 Euros for that...a disgrace in my eyes...
