Hello
Breakfast not the biggest selection but enough and good. Air condition was good but had some noise but low. Staff was friendly. The room vs clean. Balcony was big.
the location was good
The big - was the balcony next to my clean it take the junk away ruins the wiwe .
i did also a safety recommendation to the reception staff .
Management you can ask the reception staff or send me and i will tell you.
But all of all a good place to stay.

Terrible

I have traveled a lot, but I have never encountered a condition like this... it should be sealed and never reopened... from the food to the rooms... cockroaches everywhere... filth everywhere, rooms never cleaned, and a lack of towels... I can't even describe it, I am attaching photos

I think is really good location but the front desk and reception needs an update and cleaning.

Far below expectations

Hotel located in the center, good location.... everything else and to forget!! Beds never changed, room never clean, dirty bathroom.... non-existent toilet paper as well as breakfast nothing short of shameful... dry croissants, poor food quality, definitely varied but all dry and with the impression it was there for centuries.
Except reception, non-existent and unqualified staff.
Value for money good only x the fact that it is at the center for the rest better spend more to have a better service!
