A place to go back to
Family vacation. We had a lot of fun. When the time of stay was over, they caught themselves thinking that they didn't want to leave and five more days would be good. Young friendly staff, kitchen - ok, room is spacious, hot water, elevator, cozy territory where both children and adults are comfortable. A place great for a family vacation.

Stayed at the hotel for 13 nights. 3 adults and a child 9 years old. The room is large, allowing comfortable accommodation for four. 3 fixed beds and a convertible chair. The balcony door has a mosquito net. The bathroom has new plumbing. They lived on the 5th floor, the water pressure was always great, the water is hot. The meals correspond to a three-star hotel, not much variety, but everything is prepared quality and delicious. The only thing I'd like to change is not much fruit: just apples and oranges and watermelon for dinner. They bought apricots and cherries at the market in Varna. Young, well-organized waiters, dirty dishes are cleaned instantly, very kind and friendly. There were plenty of sunbeds by the pool, always finding a place. The water in the inland pool is very cold. The cleaning of the room was disappointing: the room had a tiled floor, took homemade shoes to avoid wearing sand in the room, but even so, the floor still gets dirty. The maid doesn't bother cleaning the floor. Change of bed linen - once every 7 days, and towels to change, you only have to throw crumpled on the floor. I mean, all cleaning is picking up trash from baskets and sometimes adding soap and shampoo.

I do not recommend
The hotel itself is ok. Spacious rooms, clean on the first day , then the cleaning lady shows up only to add toilet paper, no changes of cut or towels. 2 pools + indoor, cannot be faulted. As for the food, it's a disaster, cold, tasteless, one type of meat for lunch, only toast for breakfast and dinner. We ate out ♀️. Alcohol Oki martini, beer, vodka, gin, but I do not recommend the food.

a big surprise!
The trip was unplanned - it was just an occasion, seen two days before departure. Firstly, we were put off by opinions about a place, but as soon as we came there we slowly started to see that actually, we are going to have a good time there. Fortunately, we didn't rely on people's opinions. Food - really nice, various. Drinks - hot/cold, available almost always. Rooms - comfortable. Pool - clean, spacious. Hotel staff - ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They were really helpful with any kind of problem, always smiling and kind. What is more, when my sister has got her birthday, they came to our room with a cake for her!

Wonderful hotel and food was good.... Great location and short downhill walk to the beach..... Food was good for a buffet hotel meals.... Only a short bus ride to and from varna itself.... Easy to get around and explore....
