Close to Varna and Sv Konstantin i Elena

Kind and friendly hosts, goog price and the place is close to the beach .
The host Dimitar , has a hobby of history and culture and can tell you in that direction.
We often go there and it is always a pleasure to visit them.

Stay totally spoiled because of noisy parties

We stayed 10 nights here (from July12 to 22, 2019) and firstly were charmed with the place and the host. However, the guest house Yanina is very appreciated by the groups of tourists, mostly locals, who organise the parties, till early morning, with music, alcohol, using the swimming pool etc. I tried to speak with the host, with the guests, but the Bulgarian law authorise the noise till midnight, and the host didn’t insist much on stopping the noise since it’s his income. After midnight the drunky companies left the hotel, coming back in the early morning and making much noise at the stairs. The day of our departure (we stayed 10 nights out of 17 booked because of it), the host organized a party from noon to midnight. Each morning after the party, I took the “nice” photos of the pool and barbecue area. Briefly, 5 out of 10 nights were spoiled. So, if you want to have a good party with no limit, you are welcome, but if you prefer calm and respect, AVOID this place.
It’s not too far from the beach (15 minute walk), but the road is very busy, it’s a Lidl on the way and the only restaurant just outside (Italian, with very reasonable prices). The cleaning and changing of towel is each three day. I didn’t want to use the swimming pool after I saw the drunky guests using it during night. The so-called Jacuzzi is not Jacuzzi because the water is as chilly as in the pool. I have never seen anybody using the fitness because there are two old machines. When there are no parties, it’s calm and quiet. Unfortunately, there are.

Summer holiday

Very nice host. Clean and cosy. Everything was fine. Swimmingpool coffee machine and our own terrace with drying facilities. Free parking for our rented car. Close to a ship and walking distance to the beach. We recommend to rent a car, -, 8 km from Varna.

Very nice place close to Varna.

We found this place on booming.com and when we arrived the owner was very hospitable to us. We saw the chalet and it looked so cute very clean and so beautyfull beach assesoirises. the price was really good and the housepuppy Hector made us feel pretty welcoming as well. theres a pool to relax kitchen roofterras etc. Its a peaceful place to get some rest. definitly will stay here again when we are in Varna

Just what we needed

We stayed here for a couple of weeks in September last year.
Dimitar the host is a quiet guy but very kind and helpful. He picked us up from the bus stop and gave us a lift when we left. He also helped extend our stay when he was fully booked by accommodating us in his home.
The rooms were a good size with private bathroom, fridge, tv (limited channels), wifi (he quickly fixed if there were any problems).
There was a large kitchen for us to use, swimming pool and nice terrace with views of the coast. There was parking for those with a car.
We continually extended our stay so shows we enjoyed it.
It is uphill from the beach but we enjoyed the exercise. There are supermarkets close by as well.
