Hotel Panorama nalazi se odmah uz plažu u centru Varne, na Primorskom bulevaru, s pogledom na poznati Morski vrt i zaljev. Strip s klubovima na plaži i kompleks bazena Primorski udaljeni su samo 20 metara.

Recommendation a very nice hotel
Great views to the beach. Big advantage of being within walking distance

⚠️ Think Twice Before Using the Hotel Laundry Service
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay at Panorama Hotel.
The staff at the reception, as well as in the restaurant and the bar, were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. They were truly wonderful ladies who made our stay even more enjoyable! Our Deluxe room was also excellent – clean, comfortable, and exactly what we had hoped for.
The only thing that left us very disappointed was the laundry service. I ended up paying around €80 for one bag of laundry. To be fair, the lady at the reception did warn me that the service was expensive and even advised me to scan the QR code to check the prices. Unfortunately, I didn't do that.
We had just arrived after a very difficult journey from Nessebar to Varna. My children were hungry, feeling extremely nauseous, and we had to go out immediately. On top of that, they had run out of clean socks and underwear. I simply didn't have the time to check the prices. And honestly, I never imagined they could be that high. I thought, "Okay, it will probably be expensive. Maybe around €25, which is already a lot for laundry." But €80? I never expected that.
So I would like to warn future guests: if you decide to use the laundry service, make sure you check the prices beforehand. You are charged per individual item, not per bag, which can result in a very unpleasant surprise.

Super fiendly and very accommodating staff. Spacious, clean room and good wi-fi but amenities could be a bit better (more outlets by the working space and bed). Very good location near the Sea Garden, beach and Varna center.

I stayed at Hotel Panorama in Varna and had a very disappointing experience. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful especially during the night shift. When I asked for basic things like extra pillows or better ones (the ones in the room were completely flat), the response was rude and unprofessional. At one point, a member of staff even entered my room without proper reason or notice, which felt like a real invasion of privacy.
The room itself was uncomfortable poor quality bedding, single beds pushed together, and no sense of comfort at all. Even basic amenities like water and coffee were charged separately, which is ridiculous for the price they charge per night. The overall service and attitude were unacceptable.
I had stayed earlier at Modus Hotel nearby, which was excellent friendly staff, great comfort, and professional service. Panorama can’t even come close.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Varna. There are far better options nearby that treat guests with respect and actually care about their comfort.

Very loud.
Close to the city center and facing the beach, this hotel is unfortunately located on a busy artery. The sound insulation, too light, does not allow to filter the parasite noises, omnipresent.
