Very nice winter season stay with family
Went with family during the winter off season and can highly recommend! The spa was amazing and has many different facilities to chose from. Not only is the overall atmosphere nice but especially the pools and sauna overlooking g the sea make you feel truly relaxed. The outdoor pool wiyh mineral water was nice in the cold weather. The rooms are spacious and comfortable (they also tend to be quite warm) with well stocked bathrooms. We had a reservation with breakfast and dinner included and the variety of food was truly amazing. It tastes great as well!

Cold food at the buffet, hotel showing its age, unfriendly staff.
Officially operated as a 5-star hotel. For me personally, a 3-star hotel by international standards. Pros: New, very nice spa, large indoor pool, outdoor pool with thermal water, beautiful modern gym, and a very nice sandy beach. Cons: Staff at the reception were unwilling, unmotivated, and also rude. The bar feels like it's from the 80s for a 5-star hotel. Parts of the hotel, like the large bar on the first floor, are no longer in operation. The hotel itself has aged with a post-communist charm. The staff in general are not particularly motivated. The absolute no-go is the cold food in the evening and at breakfast! I have never experienced anything like this on vacation. Although technically possible, the food is not kept warm. It simply lies on cold plates. For that, I give one star. Therefore, no recommendation. What a shame. A clear case of hotel management failure.

The stars have long since fallen off...
We booked the hotel because of the pictures on the internet, the location, and because it was admittedly cheap. The first and last time!
The good things first: The location is excellent if you appreciate peace and quiet. Located directly on the very beautiful and clean sandy beach, at the end of a long bay. No street noise, and because action activities are offered a bit further away, it is really very quiet. Only on Sundays, when many locals additionally use the beach. Children are allowed in the resort, but since nothing was offered for the little ones, there were not very many guests with children in the hotel.
The sea is crystal clear, clean, and particularly pleasant due to the lower salt content.
The fitness room with a view of the beach and the sea was completely equipped with new machines and is very spacious. We used this daily in the morning; we were usually alone there.
The wellness area in the basement (beach exit) is apparently newly renovated. Since we were there in the summer, however, we did not need a sauna. Furthermore, it is to be used with clothing, and children were also romping around in the sauna pools. So also a no-go for us! To get to the pool (indoor and outdoor), you have to walk through the entire sauna area. Also an unfavorable solution. The loungers by the pool, as well as on the beach, and the umbrellas are free of charge and in like-new condition. Unfortunately, the tiles are falling off the walls in the pool, and if you look closer, it's not really clean either. On the floor along the edges, everything was brown. On the other hand, it was never very busy, and after a day at the beach, you could still enjoy a few drinks at the pool bar in the afternoon. Beer, wine, and cocktails are of the best quality.
The entire hotel is dingy and completely outdated. That starts with the pompous decor: The lobby is furnished with ancient upholstered furniture. The reception and the bar there are worn out and just as old. Rusty railings, dirty and broken tiles or floors in the outdoor area. In the room, stained old carpeting, the mirror frame in the bathroom is rusting, shower in the bathtub with completely worn-out fixtures, dust is piling up in the ventilation system... It doesn't help that it was cleaned daily. Only the mattress on the bed (our beds were separate, even though we had booked a double bed) was apparently new or at least not yet saggy. We had a room with a sea view - that was at least worth it.
Now for the actual disaster: We could have overlooked the room and the generally very poor condition of the hotel if at least the food had been acceptable.
There was a really large selection of food. The quality was apparently also very good, but all the food was cold or at best lukewarm!!! Even the fried egg in the morning was cold. The food was only warmed from above by heat lamps, but these were not even warm when you held your hand under them. If you like cold sea bass with cold vegetable rice, that will be enough for you. We mentioned this once, and one of the chefs just shrugged his shoulders. The salad would have been good, but it was probably the salad oil from the table dispensers, which was always just topped off and never refilled, that made the salad always taste rancid. So we finally ate the salad only with salt, pepper, and vinegar - without oil. In the dining hall, you have to be glad if the ceiling doesn't fall on your head, because some parts have already fallen off and there are holes gaping in the ceiling structure.
The staff was divided. There were some very friendly employees, then again some who didn't even deem you worthy of a glance, let alone greet you (for example at the towel distribution).
Conclusion: Neeeever agaaaain! Tip: Better to spend a few hundred euros more and book somewhere else. That's it for us with Bulgaria!

Horrible experience
The room was horribly dirty and old furnished. There’s no AC. Cracked and dirty walls, carpet was so filthy and there was spider webs. I don’t understand why is this hotel 5 stars and costs €400 per night. I canceled my reservation the minute I went into the room.

Solo visit- excellent experience
I have been here before and I had excellent time, so I decided to return.
Although I was on my own, I didn’t feel alone , everybody was very welcome and I always had somebody that I can have a chat with.
I used all-inclusive for breakfast lunch and dinner -food is absolutely outstanding .
You could also have wine either white red or rosé or two different kinds of beer that was part of the all-inclusive.
All the team is very happy smiley and helpful .
I can honestly say this is one of the best experience that I’ve had on the Bulgarian coast .
They have a mineral water swimming pool outside and a spa centre indoors, which is also fantastic .
I would like to say massive thank you to all the team and can I honestly say that I will be back soon.
