Relaxing getaway
The hotel is situated toward the end of the town and it very quiet and peaceful in there. Great mountain picks views there.
We loved the outdoor pool, where the water was cooler than the indoor one with the hot thermal mineral water.
The pools are closed at night and operate 8am to 8pm. Sometimes you need to remind them to roll back the cover so you can swim. There are dry and steam sounds with a relaxing area where you can lay down on heated marble lounge chairs. The dry sauna looked pretty new and the steam room is quite nice and spacious.
We only had troubles with the elevator. It actually got stuck at least twice one day. They did fixed them promptly though.
The restaurant breakfast was delicious with big selection of fresh food, all pastry and bakery goods made freshly.
I’m not sure if the staff spoke any English. But just be aware that there are Bulgarian habits and customs that sometimes can be frustrating.
(No signs for example that AC won’t work unless the balcony doors are closely shut.)
There is massage place worth very of times and style they offer but we didn’t try them. Looked nice clean and peaceful. We only used the Salt room for 25 min every day. Don’t forget to book in ahead.
I can honestly say that over all we had very good experience in the hotel.
We will be back.
