Very nice hotel

Brilliant quiet hotel with excellent facilities and the staff could not do enough to help you. Spa facilities were amazing and we got there just before the school holidays so we had no problem accessing any of the facilities. Beds were good and the view from the hotel room was stunning. Would thoroughly recommend if you're in that area of Bulgaria

We do not recommend this hotel and would not visit it again.

The Hotel has a lot of potential, beautiful views, and spacious rooms, but is completely inadequately managed.
The breakfast was poor and monotonous during our 7 days’ stay. No fruit!
The first three days there were only apples, and the next three days nothing. We have been told that they had not been delivered.
The restaurant is a disaster, with limited food selection, poor preparation, and poor quality for a four-star hotel!
NB It's a well-known fact that the menu has been the same for years!!!
The evening menu was also monotonous and many of the dishes were missing. We were served the same side dish every day, grilled vegetables, but dry and tasteless (most probably frozen). Four types of salads were present on the menu list, of which only two were available.
After repeated complaints, we managed to get baked potatoes as a side dish, instead of the usual grilled vegetables.
The room hasn't been cleaned and the sheets were not changed during the whole week.
Our complaints to the waiters and at the reception remained like a voice in the desert.
The economy on food and staff they were doing was evident and the disorganization of this restaurant, left a very bad impression on the entire hotel complex as a whole. Too bad unfortunately!
The spa was looking beautiful and welcoming, well-equipped too, but the water was NOT a mineral water, but a normal heated water.

We went for a second time and I can recommend the hotel for a weekend in the autumn season :-) The rooms are clean, the service is very good, the food in the restaurant was delicious :-) We will come back for sure in the spring with our little baby, because the place is very friendly for kids :-)

Nice hotel, but terrible food

The hotel is nice but the food is terrible. We were all having a stomach upset after dinner. Not expensive and poor-quality food based. Small spa center.
Outside people are allowed at the pool, which interferes with the rest of the guests staying at the hotel.

Godawful service, avoid!

We went to the have dinner at the hotel having been refused service at three other establishments in dowdy Varshets owing to overcrowding. The restaurant by the pool was empty. The waitress was trying to pull the pool boy and reluctantly came to take our order 20 minutes after our arrival at 18:30. She was unsure what was on or off the menu, so we gave her several alternatives. She started bringing the dishes in this order: first the garnish of my main meal, then the main meal, then the salad, then the wine, then my wife's starter, then my starter. She then went to snog the pool boy some more. An hour later it became obvious that she has forgotten my wife's main meal, as well as the water we ordered. I then spent the time until 21:30 trying to get the bill, while the sullen waitress was studiously ignoring me. When I eventually fetched her personally it turned out she could not operate the card terminal. When I complained to the manager she could not care less. A disaster! Avoid.
