The best part was that i left a package at paro markrt and rema resort was there to rescue when i contacted them for shop's details they helped me which was highly commendable.

Great Location, Wonderful Staff ... With a Few Areas for Improvement

We stayed at Rema Resort in Paro for a couple of days in July, and the location was one of its biggest strengths. It is within comfortable walking distance of the town’s shopping area, cafés, and restaurants, making it an excellent base for exploring Paro.
Our room was spacious, clean, and overlooked the river. The only disappointment was the balcony. While the room itself was spotless, the balcony had clearly been overlooked, with cobwebs and spiders that suggested it had not been cleaned for some time. It was a noticeable contrast to the otherwise well-maintained room.
It also felt as though the hotel was operating with fewer staff than needed, perhaps because we were visiting during the off-season. The two young gentlemen at reception; I believe their names were Ishy and Dhan; were excellent: friendly, professional, and always eager to help. The ladies at reception were equally courteous, but they appeared to be juggling multiple responsibilities at once. Room service trays, for example, remained in rooms overnight, and at times it felt as though we were asking for a favour to have it all cleaned up and cleared, rather than a service, simply because the team seemed so stretched.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Rema Resort to travellers looking for a comfortable, well-located three- to four-star property.
That said, having since come across several competitively priced five-star options in Paro, I would probably choose one of those on a future visit. We booked Rema on a recommendation and don’t regret our stay, but next time I would be inclined to try a different property.
The feedback above is shared in the spirit of helping the resort build on its strengths. A little more attention to housekeeping and adequate staffing would elevate what is already a pleasant experience.

Excellant location, good rooms with beautiful view. Food is average and lacks variety. Food Spread was inadequate and staff was very slow to replenish things.

Nice resort!

Nice hotel overlooking Paro river & Paro valley. Rooms are small but decent , clean with all basic amenities, service was top notch. Nice view from the room, relaxing atmosphere. Food was great . Staffs were very nice and attentive. My kids enjoyed the stay. Value for money.Recommended.

Great stay!

Great 3-night stay. Within walking distance to Paro, this hotel is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are lovely, with the balcony overlooking the Paro valley and the river. The staff is very helpful, the food excellent (great fresh vegetables and salads safe to eat!), and the atmosphere wonderful. The massage and facial I had today were so enjoyable. It has been a wonderful experience.
