Highly recommended. You can Enterprise great hiking and cycling tours from here.

We come to these guesthouses several times a year. We like the small place with its imposing castle and your restaurants where you can enjoy delicious food. We especially like it in the guesthouse. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean. And breakfast is always delicious.

Don’t even try

Terrible experience. Agressive owner, awfull restaurant. Ugly place, never again in a century. The owner almost beat us up for talking in a corridor. Tried to blackmail us by hiding the key for bike storage. Refused to give us breakfest. Stenice a vsi na pokoji

A Wonderful Surprise

Our family needed a place to stop overnight between Berlin and Tirol. After checking the prices around the Nuremberg area, we looked over the border into Czechoslovakia. Finding a description of this hotel, we booked and instead of 150 Euros for a night in Germany, paid 50 Euros in Czechoslovakia - well worth the effort of going just a bit out of the way. We couldn't have been more pleased: clean rooms, a very nice family and efficient staff running the place, excellent food and beer (including an entire pig roasting out front as we drove in), and with what the Germans would call gemütlichkeit - comfortable coziness. It is simple, rustic, clean, very comfortable and just what we could hope to find. I don't know that we could have found it without our GPS, as it's a bit off the beaten path, but it was certainly worth the effort. We asked to stay on our return the following week, but unfortunately it was booked (it only has 8 or 10 rooms). We'll certainly stay there again, and we look forward to it. Other than lots of cigarette smoke (this did not effect us in our room), which is simply cultural, it was a great place for us and for the likeminded who seek simpleness and quality.

Rymliga rum

Vi sov två nätter. Rymliga rum, god standard och lantligt läge. Frukosten var helt okej, yoghurt, ägg, bröd, pålägg, wienerbröd, te, kaffe och juice. Minus för dålig täckning och svagt wifi, samt sporadiska öppettider i receptionen. Hotellet tar bara kontanter, Euro accepteras.

Super freundlich geführtes Hotel / Restaurant

Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich, die Preise sind sehr günstig. Die Nähe zu Cheb, zum Dragonmarkt und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten spricht ebenfalls für das Hotel. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und frisch. Wer gerne wandert und es etwas ruhiger mag ist hier genau richtig. Wir sind bereits das zweite mal hier und kommen gerne wieder.
Nachteil - im Hotel bzw. Restaurant darf wie im ganzen Land in den Gaststätten geraucht werden. Als Deutscher ist man das nicht mehr gewohnt weshalb dies evtl. negativ sein könnte.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!
