Not the only best one, but still decent and good to stay
I guess we have made a good choice, but still I can imagine slightly better accommodation.
The location is rather useful for winter holiday as it is near few slopes, but in summer it is quite remote from nearest shop or so. But there is a restaurant is the hotel and a bus stop just in front of its doors, so it is not so bad anyway.
We stayed in the main building, so had our own bathroom. Room was clean, quite spacious and just okay equipped for short stays, but I can imagine a week or two here as well. Service was okay, view from our windows was still nice overlooking some mountain sceneries. It is quite high, so cold and clean air make you sleep well after a long day. One stupid thing is that the hotel is right in a steep and sharp curve, therefore cars passing by may be quite loud, but our biggest sleeping distracters were motorbikes that were really loud!
Breakfasts were good enough, but nothing special, just like everywhere else. May it be, it would be wise to check available food more often as we had difficulties coming to eat after a large group that took almost everything and we had to wait some time for had the buffet refilled.
Dining room was quite large with a children’s playing corner and many other stuff that are usually not in use.
Just to be fair, I have to admit that when we had a diner there, the meal was really above standard level you would expect in such a restaurant. We can honestly recommend you to taste something with local cheese from Bela pod Pradedem, which is so delicious! But even other meals were good and worth of every penny ;-)

Příjemné ubytování v centru Jeseníků
Mínus: Vrzající podlahy a dveře - ale to je asi dané ubytováním v hostorické budově. Část personálu trochu laxnější (ve wellnessu nebyla zapnutá objednaná infrasauna, 10 minut jsem sháněl recepční, která ji teprve pustila na roztopení - to je při 1 hodině wellnessu docela nepříjemné, použití sauny se tím pádem redukuje na 30 minut - bohužel v podstatě bez očekávaného "promiňte").

Velmi příjemné místo pro rodiny s dětmi. K dispozici je malý dětský koutek.
Výběr jídel dobrý. Velmi chválím na Česko nadstandardní výběr bezmasých jídel.
Kvalita jídel výborná.
Ceny mírně průměrné.
Obsluha dobrá.
