Nice hotel, kindly staff
Nice, clean hotel. We were there with small child, we ordered crib, it was really nice and clean. Very good food, but at the dinner time you must every drink buy. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel has very nice pool and room for games. Staff was kind and they solve every problem.

Don't pay before the trip starts or the money is gone. None of the services described on the website is correct. Rooms totally run down. Broken furniture, rooms dirty, bathroom mold and dust. No German cable TV. No wellness as described. Sauna only for booking with extra charge, instead of included in the price as described. Swimming pool cold instead of heated. Locker room and swimming pool dirty. Eat the last one. Dinner buffet. All hot dishes cooked on 60 degree hotplates. Inedible. Reception 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon so no service is available. We spent one night in this house, wanted another room. The answer is no. Left the next day. This is not a wellness hotel, at most a youth hostel. I wrote to the hotel about the shortcomings. Answer: It was our decision to leave and we were not looking for a conversation, so no money back. Not even a part. Rip-off of the highest quality. The claim that we did not seek a conversation is even more audacious. The gentleman at the reception barely understood me and had no decision-making power. Any person from the management or with decision-making power was not present or to get. All just bad and cheeky. When requesting for 20 days stay, the offer was only 1,600 euros, when booking almost 1,900 euros. No booking possible without prepayment, otherwise it will be cancelled. We were supposed to get park and dog expenses back for 9 days until today nothing happens. We travel to winter sports every year and are by no means petty, but this place is just a rip-off.

Most Enjoyable
We had a great time at Wellness Hotel Šédý Vlk. The staff were all super friendly, which made our stay extra special. They even surprised us with some bubbles and a cake for my wife's birthday - such a nice touch!
We were excited to try some authentic Czech food, and we were not disappointed. The flavors were amazing and gave us a real taste of Czech cuisine that we'll definitely try to recreate at home.
The hotel's location was perfect, with a stunning view of the Harrachov ski area from our room. Parking was easy, although we weren't thrilled about the parking charge.
The wellness area looked nice, but the lack of proper changing facilities in the spa was a bit inconvenient. The pool was a bit too cold for our liking, as only one of us enjoys a chilly swim.
Overall, the hotel could use a bit of updating, but the friendly staff, delicious food, and great location made up for it. It's a great spot for families with kids learning to ski, although it did get a bit crowded with children at times.
Despite a few minor issues, we would definitely return to Wellness Hotel Šédý Vlk. Thanks for a great stay!

Hotel in the center with excellent food
We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, the hotel is in a good location, in the center of Harrachov, close to walking into the city, behind the hotel there is a smaller ski area for children with a children's school. We went skiing to Rýžoviste. There is a paid parking lot at the hotel and even when the hotel was full, we always had a spot. What we have to praise very much is the food, the breakfast is rich and everything is good, but the dinner is wonderful, several courses and everything is excellent, big praise to the kitchen. Drinks were bought for dinner. The hotel is nice inside, we were satisfied with the room and the equipment, only the TV didn't work for 3 days, which we really missed in the evening. The problem was in the whole hotel. After 3 days it was fixed, the nice receptionist was apologetic, but we could get some compensation, like a parking discount. We didn't try the pool. Otherwise, we were very satisfied in the hotel and would love to come back again.

Too much money for terrible value
Hotel is located near centre and near slopes. There are any parking places, but very often full and it was too hard to find empty place.
I chose hotel because there was HB. But food was poor. Furniture was as 30 years ago - old uncomfortable bed, 30 years towels with socialistic titles. mini TV with smaller screen than in laptop, After moving TV table I saw dirty and grime carpit. There stink in room and bathroom. There was not possible payment by card. I was informed about it too late.
I saw in restaurant dirty tablecloth.
When I came on breakfast in restaurant, waiter immediately looked at watch If I am not late.
There is poor and weak internet in the room.
