Location is excellent. Overall clean property. Only drawback was there was no AC and only 2 small fans in the entire apartment. Not enough for the summer months.

We stay here frequently and it’s the perfect base for Hradec Králové.
The apartment is clean and spacious, walking distance to many restaurants and cafes.

Room O.K., Location perfect, dozens of emails upfront, digital check-in portal but it does not really work. Reception never open, door code did not work, we had to call in twice to finally receive an invoice.
Digitalization is nice but it should work. All those upfront emails were friendly and precise but did not adress the real questions on how to get there, where to park, how to open the door etc... it simply is well meant but does not work.
I will not come again - I preferr personal checkin in sucha price-range.

The residence Manager was exceptionally helpful with any request. The apartment was modern, very spacious, well equipped, and very very clean. The situation is in the historic old town in a vibrant area with plenty of good eating places. I would certainly recommend this property.

Great location, facilities, and breakfast

The location was great, the hotel was very close to the zentrum. There are many restaurants and bar nearby. We had beers in the bar just next to the hotel, something with Hradek.
The facilities was great. I got everything what I need, particularly kitchen appliances. The toilet is very clean. We stayed in 2 bedrooms and the bedroom below was in good size. But, I am not really fans of hard mattress so I am not that comfortable with the the mattress.
The check in process was smooth. The staffs were nice. I left my camera when I was checked out and the staff helped me to get it back.
The breakfast was great. It was worth it. We booked together with the room. The location was different hotel but it was very close. It was in wine cellar and the variation of the food was good.
We just park our car in front of the hotel with a special permit from the hotel. It was free. It was nice without having to think about parking cost in the city center.
