Breakfast was amazing. Fresh fruit. Two types of eggs. Many types of meats. Yogurt and granola. Breads. Coffee and teas. Amazing!

cannot book a hotel

Having a lot of experience in the tourism industry and a certain level of authority, I want to leave my opinion about the ATLANTIC PALACE hotel Karlovy Vary - doctor at the hotel on contract and comes only after 5 hours (after his main working day at the hotel 3 stars), medical staff also come on certain days , that is, for example gas shots for which we go to Karlovy Vary is possible to get only three times a week (only at the end of the week), meals at the hotel acceptable only breakfast , drinks at breakfast terrible something painted diluted, for lunch from hot dishes rabbit prepared apparently the evening before, which was completely inedible, veiled and seemed just mock, and fish with smell, potatoes and pasta, (Please take into account rabbit is not eaten in all countries, you would still cook kangaroo).

The location was fantastic, and the room was very comfortable. Loved having a balcony to sit and have coffee. Breakfast was not very good, and housekeeping skipped our room one of the days.

Very good – Small, nice and central

The EA Hotel Atlantic Palace is a small but fine hotel in a central location. The rooms are nice and cozy. Breakfast was good and made us start the day well.
Overall highly recommended, and we would come back anytime!

Other than the location, this property is awful!! The rudest people I have ever experienced. No hot water for the first day and a half we were there. Broken shower head when we finally did have hot water. The breakfast was terrible!!! I don't know how old the pastries were, 3 days??? The scrambled eggs were cold and runny, the bacon was cold and undercooked. The wait staff at breakfast was cold and uninterested in their customers.
If they weren't in the location they are in, I'm convinced they would go out of business.
